Shipping and Returns

We strive to get every order delivered in a timely manner.  Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.  There are times, however, out of our control, where deliveries are delayed.

 

Holiday Deliveries – Due to the high volume of holiday orders for Christmas, Nine Worlds Gear is unable to guarantee date-specific deliveries.  We recommend ordering well in advance to receive your order before Christmas.

 

Worldwide Delivery – Nine Worlds Gear is proud to ship worldwide.  Free shipping is available to as many countries as possible.  You can find your country-specific shipping cost during checkout, based upon the item(s) you order.

 

Shipping Times – Every item in our store is created at the time you order.  The material is printed with the pattern you choose, then the fabric is cut and sewn to your requested size.  This process takes around 7-10 days (can be longer during the holiday ordering times). 

Once your item is complete, it is packaged and shipped to you.  Within the U.S. this generally takes about 5-7 days, depending again upon holidays, etc. 

International shipments generally are delivered within 5-16 days, depending upon the location, however, some countries may delay the delivery as much as 3-6 weeks.

 

 

Lost Packages Not Shown as Delivered -

PLEASE NOTE – In some countries, package theft and non-deliverability is so high Nine Worlds Gear is unable to guarantee delivery or accept responsibility for non-delivery.   Please know that packages shipped to UAE, Israel, Tunisia, Indonesia, Morocco, Algeria, Philippines, Portugal, Austria, Mexico and some areas of Africa may not arrive and we cannot issue refunds for those packages. 

For all other countries, we continually monitor all orders for delivery.  If your order has not been received within our anticipated shipping and delivery schedules, we will investigate to determine if it is still in transit or has been considered lost in transit.  Our policy is to issue a replacement for items lost in transit.

Delivered Packages Missing or Stolen

USPS, DHL and UPS often send delivery notices out prematurely.  The package will usually arrive within 3 days after the notice.  If it does not, contact your local post office, UPS store or DHL facility and ask about the package.  

If the carrier cannot locate the package and believes the package is missing or stolen, they will open an investigation and give you a case number. 

Email us at info@NineWorldsGear.com with the case number.  Once we have been able to verify the case number, we will issue a replacement product. 

 

Incorrect Addresses – Please be sure to enter your address correctly.  We can change shipping addresses up to a certain point in the process, but if an order is shipped with an incorrect address not due to our error, we are unable to issue a replacement or reimbursement until the item makes its way back to us.

 

Custom Fees for International Packages – All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.  Contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s custom fees and policies.

Any package returned to us due to unpaid customs feels, will be refunded less the shipping costs.

If you decline to pay the taxes and duties due upon delivery of your order, the package will be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to us.  Under these circumstances, we cannot issue refunds or replacement orders.
