Shipping policy

 Shipping withing the U.S. continental states and in some international countries is free.  We are continuing to add shipping to more countries around the world.

PLEASE NOTE:  We do not collect international tax or VAT at the time of purchase which means you may need to pay at customs when your order arrives.  

It's important to know that if an international order is not picked up at customs it may be returned to us or it may be destroyed by customs.  We can only issue a refund on goods returned to us (and the refund will exclude the amount we are charged to have the item returned to us).  If customs in your country decides to destroy the item because it was not picked up by you, we will be unable to issue a refund.

PLEASE consider your countries VAT percentage when placing your order.

Production on most products takes 7-10 days.  Once shipped, the shipping carrier can take 7-10 days to deliver.
